My goal as an esthetician is to provide a personalized and positive experience to all of my guests. When you book your appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that all clients cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so that I may have the opportunity to reschedule another client.
Cancellations and reschedules that occur less than 24 hours to your appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
Guests that are a 'No Show' or miss the appointment will be charged 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s).
Late Arrivals- Life happens! However, please note that if you are running behind, shoot me a call or text. I will do my very best to accommodate your service(s). I give a grace period of 10 minutes. In the case you have not called or are later than 15 minutes, you may be asked to reschedule and charged 50% of your service(s).
Fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is complete, you may then schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile and you can not receive services until paid.
*If a guest has a history of 2 'No Shows,' or is consistently running late for their appointments, they risk no longer being able to book appointments. You will receive a text and email reminder of your appointment 2 days in advance. The text and email reminder are NO-REPLY communications.

All retail sales are final. Please note that all prices, services, policies, terms, conditions and hours of operation are subject to change without notice. Register an account upon your initial booking for faster scheduling, rescheduling, cancelling or editing your services.
By successfully booking an appointment and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving Youniquely Golden Skin permission to charge you in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show appointment. You also agree to the cancellation, no-show and card policies, terms and conditions and you release Youniquely Golden of any and all liability.
